There were many years of Gilly’s life when she felt more fearful than fearless. Her Recipe for Life message to her audiences has given her the name of The Fearless Cook.  Her Cordon Bleu diploma equipped her for life and so she has set up The Fearless Cook™ Scholarship to raise funds to help young people who seriously want to make their career in the kitchen.  The profits from The Fearless Cook™  aprons go in to the Scholarship Fund which is designed to provide total or partial scholarships to Le Cordon Bleu in New Zealand which opens in Wellington in 2012.

The photo shows Cath Hopkin, Institute Director of Le Cordon Bleu taken at the Auckland Food Show with Gilly wearing one of The Fearless Cook™aprons.

Purchase of the aprons can be made by sending a message to Gilly on the Contact Us page. They are highly durable and fun to wear and also to give as presents.

We are honoured Gilly to have you as alumni! It is wonderful to have your support and enthusiasm for the opening of this new Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand school. What an amazing opportunity you are providing for young people wanting a career in the food industry. Thanks and let me know if there is anything we can do to assist you in promoting this wonderful scholarship.
