I provide one-on-one Executive and Leadership coaching either face to face, or by Zoom and group coaching on-line.  Its key distinction from other forms of coaching is that it is ‘non-prescriptive’, does not give advice, and uses the principle-based approach.  Clients discover that they already have the resources to overcome their challenges and issues and the changes they make are permanent.
